Using this site
This site gives general information about Florida Roof Lab and roofing work. It does not replace an on-site look at your roof or a written scope of work.
Free estimates
Requesting an estimate is free and carries no obligation to hire Florida Roof Lab. The written estimate describes the proposed work and price so you can decide what to do next.
Roof Lab results
The Roof Lab reads only what your photos show. Its findings are a starting point for a conversation with a roofer, not an inspection. The price range is a typical Tampa range for your roof type and home size, from photos. It is not a quote, an estimate or an offer; an exact price needs a roofer on site. The new-roof image is an AI preview made from your photo, not a photo of finished work, and colours, shapes and details of the real roof will differ. The findings, the range and the preview are shown to everyone who uses the Roof Lab, whether or not they leave contact details or book a visit.
Calls and text messages
If you check the consent box, Florida Roof Lab may call and text the number you gave us about your request, your appointment, and future roofing services and offers. Some calls and texts may be automated or AI-assisted. Consent is optional and is not a condition of any purchase. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to cancel or HELP for help. You can call (813) 340-2087. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Licence and governing law
Florida Roof Lab holds Florida Certified Roofing Contractor licence CCC1336250. Verify it through the Florida DBPR public search. Florida law governs these site terms.
