What we collect
Our booking and callback forms ask for your name, phone number, email address, property address, and roof details. A form may let you add photos later. We may also receive referral and campaign details, including UTM parameters and click IDs, when you arrive at the site.
How we use it
We use these details to answer your request, arrange a free estimate, contact you about your appointment, and understand which site visits lead to requests. Booking and callback details go into GoHighLevel/LeadConnector, our customer relationship management service provider.
Roof Lab photos
When you use the Roof Lab, the roof photos you upload, your ZIP code and home size are sent to our server and to Google's Gemini service to prepare your diagnosis and new-roof preview. We store the photos, the findings and the preview privately, behind a link only you receive, and use them to prepare your report. If you ask us to text you the report, they are attached to your customer record in GoHighLevel/LeadConnector so our team can review them before your visit. Please do not include people, faces or house numbers in the photos.
Text messages
Text consent is optional. The checkbox starts unchecked. If you choose to receive texts about your request, message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to stop texts or HELP for help. You can also call (813) 340-2087.
Mobile information will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes; text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.
Browser storage and retention
The booking flow may use cookies or local storage to keep your booking draft as you move between steps. We keep request records for as long as needed to respond and manage our work, then delete or limit access when they are no longer needed.
